Dear students, Guardians, Friends,

I am Dr. Utpal Mukhopadyay, Principal of Gurukul Teachers’ Training Centre, Rampurhat, Birbhum, West Bengal, glad to invite you to visit our college website.
am confident that with Mr. Atiur Rahaman (Honorable Secretary) and Mrs. Nowroza Begam (Honorable President) as our leader, our college will continue to be a shining example of excellence in teacher education.
My college, Gurukul Teachers’ Training Centre (B.Ed & D.El.Ed) was established in its own building. Now it is affiliated to Baba Saheb Ambedkar Education University, West Bengal Board of Primary Education and NCTE.
According to the NCTE regulation- 2014, our college makes two years B.Ed & D.El.Ed course with an intake of 100 students.
Our college owns a large campus along with big play ground for girls and boys. Our college with hostel facility (for both boys and girls) offers students unique opportunity to live and learn in a supportive and nurturing environment. It also offers students safe and secure environment.

AUDITORIUM

Our Air-conditioned auditorium is able to accommodate 500 students and spread over an area of 2100 sq. feet, it has been equipped with WiFi service and a spectacular stage along with green rooms.

CLASSROOM

The classrooms are well-designed rooms that incorporate everything needed for a pleasant learning atmosphere. The wide spacious smart classrooms contain a white/green board and also a projector.

Indoor Games With Three Activities Room for the toddler to class I students and volleyball ground, basketball ground, badminton ground, football ground, and cricket ground in a grassy surrounding area of 1.5 Acre.

GURUKUL TEACHERS' TRAINING CENTRE is well known for imparting quality education. The credit for this fame goes to our experts in laboratories like Science , Maths and Computer and the available sophisticated fine laboratory. Our school laboratory is located in the first storey of the school building. It comprises of six separate rooms specified for six main branches i.e. Maths , Computer , Physics, Chemistry, Biology and one spacious composite lab. Each room is quite spacious to accommodate fifty students at a time. The rooms are well ventilated and have a very good lighting arrangement. These are well electrified to meet the students, demands. The system is designed to cater for individual and group work .

We are growing every day. From our campus, our capacity & activities are increasing day by day. Started with a single building and a limited space, now we have formed multiple buildings, vast infrastructure, a larger free area, a lake, more activity clubs, hostels, and ultimate safety and security.
